I'm glad to hear you're back in the writing group. That sort of feedback can really open your eyes. I can only imagine that writing a novel can involve some sort of tunnel vision. In art school, the same could be said of the visual artist and their work. The most frightening & most constructive part was always the critique! :) That is so exciting.
