Some things I heart about Spring…
Opening the bedroom windows at night, walks in Hampden, longer days, happy cats sitting in the open windows, dinners on our back porch, Waverly Farmer’s Market, my husband and baby niece’s birthdays and the list goes on…Does the first glimpse of Spring feel this good every year?
My WordPress blog is still acting funky behind the scenes, so I’ll keep this short. I haven’t been on top of blogging lately, but I have been on top of my latest novel-in-progress. I didn’t think it would be possible to love this book as much as SHIFT (working title), but I’ve fallen for it and it’s so exciting to be back in the rough draft stage. This book is more of a mystery, so I’ve spent a lot of time outlining the plot. If I don’t plan a few scenes ahead, I’m paralyzed. I have at least five scenes ahead of me, so I better get to it! Happy reading, writing and Spring!

I love everything that blooms in the Spring – the first signs of green and life returning to the world. Spring is a good season.

Great advice and very true. One of the most important things bloggers, or any business, can do is try not to give up. Even when times are tough it’s important to be there for your readers and customers because they will remember you in a positive light once things get better and you will be rewarded for your efforts.
