I use to sit in front of my computer and say, “Now you’re finished with your first manuscript, have to simply edit the second, and have an outline for the third as well as the first three chapters. What are you putting this query off for? Do you really want to wait until you have twenty manuscripts collecting dust under the bed?”
The simple truth, I had no idea how to write one. I mean, summing up an 85,000 word novel in one page is intimidating to say the least, but now I think I can tackle this thing with a little more confidence. It’s all thanks to the posts on “Stay”, which sounds like an AWESOME book.
Of course, even though I have more confidence, it doesn’t mean I can’t use the help. I desperately need it, so count me in on the contest as well, and have a great weekend everyone.

I don’t normally enter contests but this one is a perfect fit for me. I just finished writing my first book. It is about my journey from a recreational bike racer to racing on the Canadian National Cylco-Cross Team at the World Cyclo-Cross Championships in Tabor, Czech Republic at the age of 37.
