1. Remember what Sweet Pea taught me.
2. Rise early.
3. Cherish my family.
4. Embrace yoga in all its forms–not just the physical.
5. Be grateful each day.
6. Be patient.
7. Eat (and drink!) foods that fuel me and allow space in my belly.
8. Always lead with love (even when you don’t want to) because people will probably follow your example.
9. Let go.
10. Cook.

I love these simple intentions, but simple does not always mean easy. Blessings to you as you set forth in this year!
Thanks, Angie! Blessings to you

I am a 7th grade English/Reading teacher, but I love to garden and cook! I have been a vegan for 8 months now, and my blog takes you through that journey. I have a lot of great recipes, tips, and thoughts written on it.
Hope you’ll keep in touch!
